The appointment scheduler module allows appointments to be scheduled which are based on the needs of the client and the attributes of the counselor. It also factors in geographical requirements to locate the branch office nearest to the client's home or work. Appointment type attributes such as duration and requirements can be defined to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize the number of appointments that can be scheduled. The appointment scheduler allows face-to-face and phone appointments to be scheduled by appointment type, date, desired counselor, and by language preference. The design of the scheduler eliminates miss-matches between the needs of the client and the skills of the counselor.

Counselor and office schedules are easily defined to manage and optimize the workforce. Schedules are accessible to counselors and enable appointments to be reassigned to reduce client wait time.
