There are several general system features worth mentioning. Most important is the integrated Action feature that allows users to define tasks that can be assigned to other users or groups of users. This allows all actions taken on behalf of the client to be captured in a single location for later viewing.

User access and capabilities are defined by roles which define the functionality that a group of users can perform. The menus automatically conform to the roles to eliminate unnecessary choices.

Menu options are automatically displayed or removed based on configurations, client or creditor states, and the role assigned to the user Promotes ease of use by eliminating unnecessary choices.
Documents and agreements required during the counseling session can be printed as needed Allows required documentation to be handed or faxed to the client during the counseling session
Event driven letters The system automatically queues up letters for batch printing. This ensures that letters and notices are consistently sent out on a timely basis.
Management Reports Debtlogic provides a number of management reports for measuring client activity and employee performance.
